About SOMO Village

The award winning development of SOMO Village is based on adaptive re-use with existing buildings in the 25-acre business core being reused with new purpose. The 175-acre development is located in the City of Rohnert Park and is guided by mixed-use zoning, a form based code and One Planet Living – creating a social, economic and environmentally strong and different community.
