Terry Taylor
Terry is a fellow and past board member of the Leadership Institute for Ecology and the Economy, and a co-founder of the annual Sustainable Enterprise Conference, now in its 15th year. He is currently on the Sonoma County Zero Waste Task Force, the Windsor Local Task Force, Wasteless Windsor Task Force, and is chairing a committee on Compostable Products. He also is active in the Sonoma County PEAS (Political Education and Action Salon), a local citizens group that is committed to improving the quality of life in the town of Windsor, California.
Terry is an independent consultant who has worked successfully for over 30 years with thousands of individuals and hundreds of teams from small non-profits to international Fortune 500 entities around the world.
Terry studied educational and social psychology as an undergraduate and graduate at Stanford University. He currently owns and serves as CEO and President for a US consulting firm, Global Genesis, that specializes in high-performance teamwork, corporate training, executive coaching, and consulting in the arenas of negotiations, conflict resolution, and strategic change. He has developed and delivered a practical and provocative negotiations program in over 60 countries worldwide that offers tools that are successful for moving win/lose negotiations to the win/win realm.
He has spoken at numerous conferences world-wide and enjoys working with people engaged in constructive organizational, social, and personal change.
