Tanya Narath

Tanya Narath is the Chief Deputy Executive Director at SCTA/RCPA, where she oversees administration, finance, outreach, and climate programs. She leads the development of RCPA’s countywide climate strategy, coordinates climate action planning for ten member jurisdictions, and secures funding for both local and regional implementation efforts.

With over 20 years of leadership experience in technology, sustainability, and community engagement, Tanya previously held roles at the County of Sonoma, Agilent Technologies, and Hewlett Packard. She also served as Executive Director and CEO of the Leadership Institute for Ecology and the Economy. She holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning, a GIS certificate, an MBA, and a bachelor’s in electrical engineering.
