Suzi Grady is the Program Director of Petaluma Bounty, with 13 years of experience in food access, gardening, and food system collaboration. Formerly the Bounty Farm Manager, she’s fluent in Spanish and trained as a farmer at the UC Santa Cruz Farm and Garden Program. She holds certifications in permaculture and organic gardening and has taught gardening, composting, and nutrition in San Francisco schools. A dual Political Science and Spanish Literature graduate from the University of Michigan, Suzi is a 2014 Leadership Institute Fellow, 2017 Coaction Institute Fellow, and active in multiple local food policy groups. She was honored in 2016 by Assemblymember Marc Levine and named CAFF’s 2017 Food Advocate of the Year. Originally from Michigan, Suzi loves the intersection of soil, systems, community health, seeds, and dogs.
