Samuel Aristondo

A native of the Bay Area, Samuel Aristondo has been an advocate for equity since childhood. Motivated by a deep desire to promote social justice, he developed a passion for charitable work early on, eventually earning a B.A. in Social Welfare from UC Berkeley. Samuel is a champion of digital inclusion and sustainability. As Director of Partnerships & Community Engagement at Tech Exchange, he has cultivated relationships with over 300 organizations and built strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies. Samuel has expanded Tech Exchange’s footprint to 6 counties across the Bay Area. Under his leadership, the organization’s enterprise department grew from $40K in annual revenue to over $2.6 million in just 3 years. Samuel’s expertise spans the nonprofit, education, tech, and creative/media sectors. As a proud Latinx and first-generation college graduate, Samuel is deeply committed to mentoring youth and serving as a motivational speaker—empowering the next generation to pursue their goals and make a meaningful impact. He continuously seeks innovative ways to bridge the workforce gap for people of color by fostering strategic partnerships and advancing equity in the tech space.
