Paul Lowenthal is the Assistant Fire Marshal with Santa Rosa Fire Department, he’s the CUPA program manager, public information officer and has been the Debris Task Force Leader for the City of Santa Rosa since the October wildfires coordinating directly with Local, State & Federal partners.
