Paul Liotsakis

Paul has dedicated his career to environmental sustainability, with experience across the organic food, renewable energy, and waste management sectors. In 2014, he founded Sparkl Reusables (formerly GO Box SF Bay), launching California’s first reusable to-go container program, which now diverts hundreds of single-use items from Bay Area landfills each day.

Sparkl’s circular systems—like senior meal programs and reusable foodware at street fairs—have earned local and national recognition. Paul holds an MBA in Sustainable Management from the Presidio School of Management and owns Small Village Enterprises, importing olive oil from his family’s grove in Crete.
