Nicole Tai

Nicole Tai is CEO of GreenLynx, a reclaimed building materials company in Santa Rosa, CA. She has worked in deconstruction since 1998, starting with her family’s commercial renovation business. Nicole has led over 60 projects across the Bay Area and New York, reclaiming materials from more than 1.2 million square feet of buildings. With 24 years in environmental work—from green building to composting—she now focuses on expanding the reclaimed materials market, training, sustainability consulting, and client development. GreenLynx opened its retail store in 2017. Nicole lives in Novato with her two children and enjoys hiking and gardening.
