Clara Cardillo

Clara is a senior Store Manager at the Santa Rosa Sports Basement location, where she leads the Team Sports and Pre-Loved departments with a focus on sustainability, reuse, and community engagement. She’s passionate about making the outdoors accessible to all and advancing equity in outdoor spaces. Clara recently earned her MBA in Sustainable Solutions from Presidio Graduate School, building on a background in conservation biology and experience across public, nonprofit, and retail sectors. She’s led teams, mentored staff, and contributed to climate resilience efforts. Guided by values like stewardship, integrity, and service, Clara is dedicated to creating lasting, positive impact—for people, communities, and the planet.
