Carolina Lobel

Carolina is Senior Director at Closed Loop Partners’ Center for the Circular Economy, where she leads reuse strategy, research, and in-market initiatives. Before joining the Center, she helped found and scale Loop by TerraCycle, a groundbreaking global platform for reuse.

Previously, she held roles at Procter & Gamble in Innovation Management, Packaging, Product Innovation, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. While launching the Head & Shoulders bottle made of ocean plastic, Carolina realized she could merge her passion for sustainability with her business expertise to advance circularity.

Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Carolina enjoys adventures with her family, playing tennis, practicing yoga, and teaching meditation in her spare time.
