Kerry Parker has over a dozen years in materials management and source reduction experience working for the City of Alameda, where she designs and implements programs to address whatever regulations come down the ‘pike. Hear about Alameda’s Disposable Food Service Ware Reduction Law and its background on policy-making from a Zero Waste perspective.
