Clothing Swap @ Fix-it Clinic & Reuse Fair

If you don’t need anything repaired at the fix-it clinic, you can still join in the action at the Clothing Swap/Mending bar part of the event! Bring up to one bag of clean clothing/accessories in good condition. If you are willing to donate what doesn’t get swapped out, then it will go to the United Cerebral Palsy of the North Bay’s Flipside Thrift Store, which will be on site to collect good quality clothing and household items.

The Clothing Swap is being organized by Community Bikes’ sister program, Zero Waste Action. Swaps are a fun, ecological way to get new-to-you clothes, shoes and accessories and give away unwanted wearables. Swap volunteers needed for 1-hour shifts. It is fun and rewarding. Sign up to volunteer here.
