https://zerowastenorthbay.org is the site for the North Bay Zero Waste Symposium and Zero Waste Week.

This event engages community stakeholders by showcasing zero waste policies, programs, and infrastructure that design waste out of the system wherever possible and divert discarded materials through composting, reclaiming, reducing, reusing, and recycling.

The North Bay Zero Waste Symposium and Zero Waste Week are organized by the Sonoma County Zero Waste Task Force. This group includes Zero Waste Sonoma, Recology Sonoma Marin, AB939 Local Task Force, Santa Rosa Junior College, Oliver’s Market, Community Market, University California Cooperative Extension, Sonoma County Resource Recovery, Noble Bioresources Inc., and many more. This group is committed to promoting zero waste efforts throughout the north bay.
